A beautiful Saturday today although we got little rain during the night. Oh well, the seeds and plants we transplanted in the garden might obtain a little moisture from the soil; but I might have to do some hand watering in a couple days if they look dry.

I cleaned out the wood furnace, for the most part, and mowed around the fence line in preparation to put in the posts and woven wire next week. Planning on getting everything lined up and prioritize the posts and woven wire fence done next week. I'm feeling motivated to get it completed.

I've also had a lamb with a sore leg for the past couple days. He was looking a little skinny yesterday as he isn't keeping up with the flock and his sibling is probably getting most of the milk; so I bandaged his leg today for a little extra support even though I couldn't fine anything noticeably wrong with it, and am supplementing him with a couple bottles of milk as part of chores. Good to have that dairy farm next door.

Have a blessed sabbath.

First photo: The goats are loving their new playground. Amazing how they can run across the logs and never lose their footing.

Second photo: I started the daily 45 minute turnout of the horses for a grass snack. They've been waiting for this day.
